Exciting new changes to Senior Leadership team

Alamac are pleased to announce several exciting new changes to our senior leadership team!

Sarah Atkinson has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Sarah originally trained as an Accountant in the NHS and has been supporting programmes of work across the NHS and Local Authorities for over 20 years. Sarah joins Alamac having previously run Health Advisory and Analytics businesses in Capita, including CHKS, over a period of 6 years as well as personally supporting some large change programmes across health and social care.

Commenting on her appointment, Sarah states “I am really excited to be working with Alamac, building on the great work that they are already doing to improve patient flow.  The pressure on NHS services is relentless and I’ve been blown away by the data analytics we undertake around every aspect of flow including areas like bed modelling and ward level patient safety.  I’m looking forward to working with our teams on the ground who are working tirelessly to support health and social care teams in sustaining change.”

Alamac are also delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Hannam as Chief Operating Officer. Kate is an experienced executive leader having held numerous senior board-level positions within the NHS, including Chief Operating Officer at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and Director of Operations at North Bristol NHS Trust. With particular expertise in urgent and emergency care, Kate is looking forward to working with all our current partners in the NHS to continue delivering expert support in culture change, performance improvement, and advanced analytics.
